Klasso is a closed B2B2C enterprise platform. Public self-registration is disabled. Your portal account (Username & Password or Phone connection) must be provisioned directly by your school administrator. If you are a new school tenant or teacher, please contact your administration office.
Click on the "Forgot password?" link on the Username & Password login tab. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address to receive reset instructions, or you can contact your IT department to trigger a manual credential override.
Yes. Klasso is fully designed to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. All student and guardian records are stored securely with localized cloud hosting, data minimization principles, and strict access control lists.
Access policies are defined on a school-by-school basis. If your administrator has enabled geo-fencing or IP restrictions, you may only be allowed to login while connected to the official school network or an authorized VPN.
